Pretty room with immediate access to a balcony.
The apartment itself has two bathrooms, washer/dryer in unit. You will have one other roomate only not two as me and the other one will be gone visiting our family in Europe.
We also have a spacious living room, with projector, sound system etc.
We want friendly, clean roomates but as me and the other roomates work in the service industry or/ are grad students it doesn’t have to be super quiet.
