I'm out of town for work and am looking for someone to sublet my furnished room in our beautiful 3BR apartment in Prospect Lefferts Gardens! It's on Ocean Ave, just steps from Prospect Park!

A real gem:

- 6th floor (top floor) – reliable and functioning elevator

- Laundry in-building

- Lots of storage space in closets and bathroom

- Thick walls – super quiet

- Hardwood floors

- Tons of sunlight in the bedroom

- Gorgeous crown molding and built-in arches

- TV in the living room with most streaming platforms

- Responsive super

- Very friendly building!

Your roommates would be two artists in their late twenties. Both amazing people! Queer-friendly household.

We enjoy socializing and having the occasional dinner party, but also like to keep a tidy and peaceful home.

We're looking for someone to sublet for two months, January 5-March 8. There’s potential for some flexibility – I know those dates are a bit awkward.

There are folks of all ages in the building, and everyone is very friendly. Great area – a grocery store, drug store, restaurants, coffee shops, and bars all around the area!

This place is really awesome and I'm jealous of whoever gets to hop in here while I'm gone.
