Hi!

I'll be out of town for the month of August and looking to sublet my room. I live in a 2 bedroom, 1 bath duplex home in Highland Park. This house is a dream! Gated parking space, laundry in unit, huge backyard with garden and fire pit, nice light, great walkable neighborhood.

I have a queen bed and a closet in the hallway. My room is very cozy with awesome natural light. I'll make sure to clear space in the dresser and closet for you. My roommate Jax is very sweet. He's not home very often. He works as a produce buyer so we often have beautiful flowers, fruit, and veggies around the house. I maintain the garden with my upstairs neighbor and dear friend Ceci. She has a sweet dog Arlo who is in the backyard sometimes hanging out with us.

We keep the house pretty clean, sometimes let dishes sit for a day or two but overall the space is well kept!

The neighborhood is awesome! Coffee, yoga, bowling, shops, groceries all in walking distance. I can be flexible on price if needed!

I'll be traveling to Ireland to stay with friends and work on a farm for two weeks. Then to Seattle to see my girlfriend's family and go camping!
