[Housing - Summer sublet in Sunnyside, Queens]

I am hoping to sublet my bedroom from mid June to Mid August. I am a teacher so I won’t be in the city over the summer. The apartment is located in Sunnyside, Queens. 10mins bus to LIC, 8mins walk to the 7 train, 20mins to midtown. The 7 train is the GOAT for work commute because it literally runs every 2 minutes.

Furnished, in building laundry, a massive room in NY standards! Super neighborhood (I have no issues walking home at night). The other roommate is 25, male.

Rent is $1650, I am opening to negotiations for dates.

(I promise I am more organized but I am about to head to a 2 weeks trip and am middle of packing)
