I’m looking for a summer subletter (6/1–8/31) to take over my furnished room in this amazing 3-bedroom apartment.

The location truly couldn’t be better. We’re a 3-minute walk from Barclays Center (2,3,4,5,B,D,N,R,Q trains), and right near Whole Foods Market and Life Time gym. It’s super convenient for commuting, groceries, and workouts.

The apartment features:

You’d be living with two female roommates in their mid-20s who work in the arts. It’s a kind, queer-friendly, and respectful home. Everyone has their own routines and is out of the apartment a good amount, so it’s a nice balance of friendly and independent.

We’re looking for a woman to take over the room.

I’ve taken my personal belongings out of the room, and it comes furnished with a queen bed, dresser, small desk, and desk chair (see photos).
