This is a sun-drenched loft apartment with 4 big windows facing South and a big porch in the back. The place has beautiful hardwood floors and it's furnished with a queen-size bed, a desk, plenty of sitting living room furniture, TV, an empty closet for your clothing, and a fully equipped kitchen with a family-size table. The porch has 2 tables and the occasional hammock for when the weather is nice.

Wifi and utilities are included, there is an Apple TV for your streaming services and a full library for the readers.

The place is located in the best area of Williamsburg, by the Williamsburg bridge, 2 blocks from the water and Domino Park. It is walkable distance from grocery stores, a Laundromat, and the best restaurants in the area.

It is a lovely home and I'm looking for someone who can enjoy it as much as I do. Ideally for longer than a month. It is perfect for a couple.
