I'm leaving New York for a month and looking for someone to sub-let my beautiful home in Williamsburg off the Graham Stop.

Apartment features:
- Apartment is a third-floor walk-up (no door man)

- Apartment is a fully furnished, clean and well-maintained, two-bedroom, one bathroom.

- Apartment layout: the apartment is rail-road style and sun-drenched with north, east, and west facing windows throughout the apartment! On the east side, converted one of the bedrooms into a den/living room. The central room serves as kitchen/ dining and a home-office. The west side is the primary bedroom with a queen-sized bed.

- The apartment is equipped with a full kitchen, fully stocked with every appliance you could need! Around the corner from 2 local delis and a 6 minute walk from the grocery store.

The neighborhood:
- Trains! Personally, this is the best neighborhood in NY. You are a 5 minute walk from the "L" train (Graham stop) and a 12 minute walk from the "G" train (Lorimer/ Metropolitan Ave stop). Between these two lines, all of Brooklyn and Manhattan are at your fingertips

- Cute coffee shops (Land to Sea, Variety, etc.) local dives and cocktail bars (Mothers, Cafe 4,5,6, Dianne's, etc.)

- Access to the park! You are a 12 minute walk from McCarren Park and McGormick parks

Dates:
- 2/1 - 3/1. Primarily looking to sublet for the month of February.
- 3/11 - 3/22. I'm away for ~10 days if folks are also interested in a shorter window.

Been living in NY for the past 4 years and am originally from Miami. I work in tech, specifically in the mental health space. In my free time, I'm fairly active - love to run, bike, boulder, etc. Really grateful to have a great group of friends to explore the city!

-This is my home and have put a lot of care into it. Really want to feel trust and comfort in who I'm renting out to. Would love to connect via phone-call to make sure we're a good fit

- I've done this with someone before! A system that worked: 1) once we're locked in I'll mail a copy of the keys. 2) when you receive the keys, send deposit (50% of rent) 3) once you arrive in the apt send 1 month rent 4) I return deposit once back in the apt

- No pets
