I have loved this apartment as a work-from-home space, and it would also be great for shared living. The building has a free workout facility, meeting rooms, reliable elevators, and also shared indoor and outdoor community spaces. There is a dishwasher and washer/dryer in the unit.

Just outside the door is a shopping mall with a large grocery store, pharmacy, dentist, nail salon, coffee shop, restaurants, etc. Downtown Silver Spring is just a half mile walk. I have not needed a car here, but there is garage parking available for an additional monthly fee. Wifi and utilities are not included.

My name is Colleen Myers, and I am the guarantor on my daughter's lease of this lovely sun-filled apartment. She has enjoyed living here so much, and I have enjoyed visiting. She has been able to work from home, even while I've been visiting, because of the spacious layout of the place. I have also really enjoyed the walkable neighborhood, stores, movie theaters and more. I'm sorry that she's moving before spring, as I live in Maine and really enjoy spring in the DC area!
