Bright, peaceful studio with large south-facing windows, located in the West Chelsea Arts Building on 26th Street in Manhattan. The space looks directly out onto Pace Gallery’s outdoor sculpture court, offering beautiful light and a sense of creative connection.
The studio is divided into two rooms:
• A smaller private office (formerly a darkroom), currently used by me or my husband depending on travel and childcare.
• A larger open studio space—this is the area available for sublet.
The available space features:
• White walls
• Polished concrete floors
• Heat, A/C, and Wi-Fi included
This studio was originally built out by a New York street-life photographer and has a warm, creative feel. Ideal for a visual artist, designer, or creative needing a calm place to work.
Please feel free to reach out with any questions—I’d love to hear more about your practice.
