Walking distance to two subway stations: (Marcy J-M-Z & Bedford L), both 1 stop from Manhattan and the South Williamsburg Ferry.

The space has a classic loft layout with an open kitchen, large living room, high ceilings and dining area/table that accommodates up to 10 people.

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and the building has a freight elevator. Laundry facilities are conveniently located in the building's basement. The building has a common rooftop with beautiful views of the East River and Manhattan skyline.
