I’m looking for someone to sublet my lovely fifth-floor apartment in Kreuzberg, just by Schlesisches Tor. The space is bright and welcoming, with ceiling windows that let in natural light all day. It features a spacious living room, a large dining table, and a beautiful kitchen that opens onto a balcony. The quiet bedroom overlooks a leafy courtyard with a charming view, and the bathroom includes a bathtub for relaxing. The apartment is on the 5th floor without an elevator. There's a washer and dishwasher, WiFi and lots of plants in the apartment. Even though the apartment itself is very quiet, it's at one of the most vibrant corners of Berlin with lots of restaurants and bars around and Görlitzer Park just two blocks away. I would like a subletter who is quiet and clean who will take care of the space like it is their own.
