Our place is available for 3 days from Sept 25th - 28th (no flexibility on start or end date) and then for the winter, starting Nov 3rd through the end of April.

Ideally looking for renter for the whole ~5 month stay, but open to multiple 2-3 month stays.

We're looking for a clean and responsible individual or couple to stay in our apartment in the heart of Clinton Hill, Brooklyn while we’re away. Ideally you would stay as close to the full duration of time we're away as possible since this is a shorter sublet than we normally do. Priority will be given to sublets for the full availability.

This is a great one-bedroom apartment with lots of natural light, perfect for a couple or a single individual visiting Brooklyn.

High ceilings, open kitchen, washer-dryer in unit, AC, hi-speed Wifi (Fios), wood floor and lots of space in this sunny apartment! Carefully furnished and crafted by an interior designer, this apartment is homey, very clean and extremely comfortable. The fully equipped kitchen is great for all your cooking needs while big windows and a fire-escape balcony allow tons of light and ambiance during daytime.

We have a full-wall projector TV equipped with apple TV and a warm-vintage sound system, perfect for relaxing on our big couch.

Sweet dreams are insured in our incredibly comfortable memory foam bed!
