Hi, I'm Ian (he/him), the lease holder and your roommate. Im a 42 year old actor/musician/photographer. I'm outgoing and sociable while also being very independent, Down to hang or let you do your thing. I value communication and common sense.
I moved to New York in March this year and I'm loving it. I'm still building my community and social life in the city, and looking for people to come into the space who I feel like I could include in that. I'm down to share a meal if i'm cooking, or invite you to join if i'm headed out.
I work from home recording auditions and coaching actors.
I'm not a neat freak, but I keep the place tidy, and I take pride in it feeling welcoming and clean. I ask anyone sharing it to care for it the same way. I want people to feel at home while they're here, have friends over, use the projector to watch movies, enjoy and respect the space as if it's yours. This is a queer friendly space, where every shape and size of person is welcome.
I don't go out a ton, and if I do it's more often to the theatre than the bar. I don't drink but happy for you to, and there's usually beer in the fridge for guests.
No smoking and sadly no pets allowed.
Signed lease agreement. Security Deposit of $1000 required on confirmation. Rent due the day before move in. Proof of income, Copy of Photo ID required.
