I'm looking to sublet my gorgeous, fully furnished room in a 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment for the month of June (I'm flexible on dates) located at the border of Crown Heights/Prospect Heights for the month of June. (flexible on dates between 27th May -27th June)

The spacious, big room comes with a modern private attached bathroom, a fully functional kitchen and a sunlight-filled main area. The room has a new individual AC/heater unit. The new building has a gym, laundry and rooftop (which is SO convenient!). And the best part: concierge at the frontdesk (NO stolen packages!)

The best location ever - walking distance from Franklin Avenue - near all the main cafes and eateries, and walking distance from subway lines C, S,2,3,4,5, and many bus stops around, so the connectivity is excellent. Prospect Park and Brooklyn Library are a 15-minute walk away, and some of the best bars are all around! Happy to pass on recommendations :)

The other flatmate is in her late-20s and a working professional who goes to work in Manhattan 2-3 times a week. We're looking for a female subletter who keeps the house tidy, sees the space as her own and is respectful of the space.

I'm an international student who has been living here for the past year. I've invested in making the room really functional, warm and cozy - a space that you look forward to coming back to. I enjoy cooking, going to Prospect Park and enjoy reading my book in cafes nearby.

I'm travelling in June and hence subletting my room.
