Available for sublet: 1 room available in our art-filled, sunlit, 2nd floor walk up apartment. Fully furnished, with closet space, and a full private bathroom (shower+tub). The rent will include all utilities + internet (no additional fees). We are flexible with the start and end date.

Room: Double size bed (bedding optional), a desk, lamp, mirror, big windows, small built-in closet with small rolling storage.

The apartment is cozy, spacious and beautifully sunlit in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Seven minute walk from the Graham L Train station with lots of restaurants, bars, and stores near by.

A short ten minute train ride to East Village, Manhattan on the L train. Walking distance to McCarren Park/Greenpoint. Easy commute to Bushwick or Ridgewood.

About This Lister

You will be sharing the space with a couple, we're in our thirties (she/her aussie and he/him native new yorker), both working for non-profit arts organizations. We're very respectful and keep our apartment clean and clutter-free.

We also frequently have extra tickets to cultural events and museum access that we offer to our roommates if they're interested.

No pets (we love animals but sadly we cannot accommodate)
