About This Lister

We are a couple in our thirties (she/her and he/him), both working for non-profit arts organizations. We both work primarily in our offices, outside of home. We're very respectful of things in common spaces–apartment is kept clean and clutter-free. We're very interested in restaurants and cooking, we occasionally host small dinners with friends. We let our roommates know in advance if we're hosting, and we never host large parties nor smoke cigarettes in our home.

We enjoy tending to our growing plant family and enjoy all the arts and cultural offerings of NYC. We also frequently have extra tickets to events that we offer to our roommates if they're interested.

We are looking for a person who is calm, quiet, respectful, and who also likes to be out and about. Preferably in their thirties or older, and does not work from home more than one day a week. No pets (we love animals but sadly we cannot accommodate)
