I'm subletting my comfy furnished bedroom in Ridgewood, Queens while I'm cat-sitting nearby in Bushwick. The room has a new bed & mattress, new desk, new office chair, mirror, closet space. You're welcome to use my computer monitor for work or gaming if needed. Apartment is a 2 minute walk from the L train, easy commute into Manhattan. 8 minute walk from the Queens/Brooklyn line. Brewery and clubs on the same block. This is a minimal simple furnished 1st floor apartment. Private backyard access. All inclusive: Newly purchased in-unit washer/dryer, wifi, a/c, electric stove, oven, cleaning service, utilities included. Kitchen and TV room are shared with 2 people (1 male, 1 female) staying in rooms on the opposite side of the apartment. I know everyone says this but they're very quiet, I hardly see them, and we all keep to ourselves. I'll be away from June 3 through June 11. I honestly think it's a great place to live!

1-person sublet. Sorry but no couples, no pets, no parties, no overnight guests, no indoor smoking, no indoor vaping. $100/day + refundable security deposit payable through Venmo prior to move in. Preference given to someone who can stay for the entire duration. Email me your info - name, age, job title, 2-3 sentences telling me anything about yourself, and times when you're available to check it out for yourself before moving in.
