We're subletting our 1.5 bedroom from June 1 through September 30. The apartment is a railroad setup, with a large kitchen, office, bedroom, and living room, right by the Bedford L subway stop, directly in the heart of North Williamsburg. Whole foods is a few blocks away; tons of bars/restaurants in the area. Union square is ten minutes away on the train. Excellent location overall.

The apartment is on the second floor of a walk-up. The neighbors are great, everyone is very respectful and quiet.

Our apartment will be furnished with all of the necessecities. We're looking for someone who can water our plants and will take good care of everything.
