I’m spending a few months in LA and looking to sublease my beautiful 1-bedroom apartment in the Upper West Side. The space is bright, south-facing, and just half a block from Central Park—truly the best part of living here.

The apartment is in a quiet 3-story walk-up and features a private patio (a rare find in this neighborhood), a dishwasher, and great natural light throughout. It comes fully furnished with everything you need, including towels, sheets, and kitchen essentials.

I'm open to flexible timing, including shorter-term stays from January through February. If you’re looking for a comfortable, cozy, and well-located home while I’m away, this could be a perfect fit.
