Hello! I have one room available in my two bedroom apartment on the border of bedstuy/bushwick. I'm looking for someone clean and respectful who ideally works out of the house (because I work from home, at least for now).

The apartment is two bedrooms and one bath. The room available for rent is unfurnished and has a north facing window, small closet, and enough room for a queen sized bed, dresser, and small desk. Gets great light imo :)

I'm the only one on the lease, so you would just Zelle me directly
month-to-month. Move-in date is flexible but anytime between Oct 1 and Oct 15, can potentially do as late as Nov 1. Short term/only 1-3 months would be fine too as long as you give me one month's notice before leaving.

I have one cat named Loona who is super sweet, playful, and friendly.

About the apartment:
- Fully furnished with LOTS of natural light and southern exposure.
- Three minutes from the Kosciuszko J which takes you to Manhattan in under 25 minutes. Express stop during rush hour. Down the street is the B38 bus which takes you straight to downtown Brooklyn/Trader Joes..
- Three minutes away from a full service grocery store, 24 hour deli on the ground floor of building w/juice, smoothies, etc.
- Two laundromats around the corner (one of which is open 24 hours).
- Budget gym (blink) 5 minute walk; 24 hour lifting gym 10 minute walk
- Roof access and a huge fire escape (basically a small balcony).

About This Lister

I'm a 30 y/o, female, and work from at a small nonprofit that funds scientific research. I rarely have people over - normally go to my friends - and don't cook that much. Outside of work, I like to read, go to bars, and go see movies in the city.
