While it is in Downtown Brooklyn, it is on a very residential and quiet block within walking distance of anything you could need.

We have loved our time here but it is time to move on and hope the next tenants will enjoy.

The building is rent stabilized through summer 2027 on a tax abatement. You have the option to sublet from me December 15, 2025 - July 31, 2026 or to start a new lease for January 1, 2026 with option to move in early.

The apartment will come unfurnished, though if there is anything you'd be interested in let us know and we may be open to leaving it.
