- There is a great coffee shop on the corner, and a laundromat just down the road that does a very affordable and quick wash and fold service.
- Hardwood floors and original pre-war wall moldings give it a homely feel.
- The apartment will be unfurnished, though there are some furniture items that we can leave behind if wanted.
