Hello! I will be away for the month of September and am subletting my space. It's a beautiful apartment right in the heart of Prospect Heights. It's a five-minute walk from the park (Grand Army Plaza) where you can hit the farmer's market every Saturday, run the 3-mile tree-lined loop, or watch the swans while you picnic by the boathouse.

The apartment is *technically* a two-bedroom because it has a living room and two additional rooms, but as you can see, I use the middle room as the dining room. I do have a blowup mattress, should you need it. The living room is BIG and has a cute decorative fireplace (as does the bedroom). The layout is a tiny bit weird (kitchen next to the bedroom) but it works for me. There is a window unit AC in the bedroom.

There is a separate kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine, coffee grinder, blender, and anything else you may need in the kitchen.
