About This Lister

I’m an artist and can show you the space in person. The apartment is railroad-style, but the layout allows for a good amount of privacy. Starting from the front of the apartment, there is the office with the two large windows, then the second room for rent, then another bedroom, and finally the kitchen, living area, and bathroom at the back.

The office space and the living area each have their own separate entrances from the interior building hallway, so access is not limited to a single doorway and everyone can come and go with privacy. I will be renting the bedroom closest to the living room, which is the room furthest from the front office.
