It’s a sunny 3 bed/2 bath for $4,100/month, available from 1/3/26–2/28/26 but my landlord is open to adding a 10-month lease to take to full stay to 1 year. Washer/dryer and dishwasher in unit. Two of the bedrooms are small but could be a children's room or an office. I'm happy to sell some of the furniture that is custom to the space but I will be taking some furniture with me.
