The building lobby was recently remodeled and is immaculate and well maintained. About This Lister

I am an actor an public speaking coach and bought this apartment two years ago. I am now moving in with my partner so looking for a long-term renter. I will only raise the rent as much as my HOA fees increase each year. Not looking to make a cash profit. I am currently living in the space, will be the one to show it, and will be the "landlord" / contact person for the tenants.

I will be able to show the apartment starting January 1st. The February 1st date is somewhat flexible if need be (earlier or later).

- Proof of income
- $20 for credit check

Later:
- Lease agreement
- Holding deposit of $1500 that can count towards your first month's rent but is non-refundable
- Refundable security deposit equal to one month's rent
