This is a recently renovated 1-Bedroom, 17th floor corner unit, with northern and western views. The apartment is flooded with sunlight, and we are lucky to have called the space home for several years.
With nearly 800 square feet of living space, this unit has hardwood floors throughout, in-unit laundry, and a spacious open-concept kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher.
From the living room window, you can see the beautiful skyline of lower Manhattan, with a direct view to the Empire State Building. The bedroom and kitchen overlook Cadman Plaza.
The apartment is on the same block as the A/C at High Street, and a short walk to the F at York, the 2/3 at Clark, and the R, 2/3, 4/5 at Borough Hall/Court Street. It is truly a dream for transit to anywhere in the city.
Just one floor up, there is a shared roof deck with panoramic views of Manhattan and Brooklyn.
Concord Village is a welcoming community, with well-maintained green space surrounding the complex, 24-hour door persons in every building, a fitness center, and laundry rooms. There is a kid’s garden with climbing wall, play room, a community room available to host large parties, meetings or events, on-site management office, 2 live-in supers and maintenance staff.
Manon (she/her) is a documentary producer who has been living with her partner, Adrian, in this apartment with two cats for the last three years. We have been renting from the owner of the apartment, who is absolutely wonderful. We have adored living in the space, but we are now looking to live separately, and would like to find a new tenant who will sign on for a 1-year lease.
**Please note this is a co-op sublet requiring a board application and meeting. Earliest move-in would be 2/1/26, but depending on when you apply, might be in 3/1/26.
Pets are welcome on a case-by-case basis.
