We’re two, female working professionals (late 20s/mid 30s) with full-time jobs and regular weekday schedules. We keep the apartment clean, quiet, and drama-free. We occasionally have a friend over, but this is definitely not a party space.

Full-time job (working out of the apartment)

Clean and considerate

Respectful of shared spaces and noise levels

The living room is furnished and kitchen is stocked so no extra furniture, plates, bowls, cups, etc
