Hi! I’m listing my large and incredibly sunny 225 square foot bedroom. I’ve really enjoyed living in this room, as it has beautiful wood floors, two massive closets, and 3 windows with south and east exposures (amazing morning light!). The bedroom will be unfurnished, and the rest of the apartment will be furnished. Shared spaces include a living room with a super comfortable couch, a kitchen with SS appliances, and a big bathroom. The space also has a bathroom closet, a pantry, and a coat closet. The apartment is in an elevator building with a laundry room, gym/yoga studio, pet bath, and Amazon locker. The live-in super is very kind and responsive. Utilities included.

My roommates are two people (he/him and he/they) in their 20s, one works in education and the other in the life sciences. One of them has a cat (Kuma), so unfortunately the apartment isn’t able to accommodate other pets. Kuma is shy and usually stays in my roommate's bedroom, but occasionally lounges around the living room. One of my roommates smokes in his bedroom so looking for a subletter who is 420-friendly. Everyone is clean but not obsessive, people tidy up after themselves and we have a weekly cleaning schedule.

The nearby blocks of this Crown Heights apartment are beautiful and multicultural. The streets are lined with rowhouses and brownstones, and Brower Park is a 10 minute walk away. It’s a perfect location for getting around the city, with the Kingston 3 train a 5 min walk and the Utica Avenue 4 train an 8 minute walk. Multiple grocery stores within walking distance, and many cafes/restaurants on the bustling Nostrand and Utica Avenues. The apartment is located at the cross streets of Albany Avenue and St Johns Place.
