The space also has a bathroom closet, a pantry, and a coat closet. The apartment is in an elevator building with a laundry room, gym/yoga studio, pet bath, and Amazon locker. My roommates are two people (he/him and he/they) in their 20s, one works in education and the other in the life sciences. One of them has a cat (Kuma), so unfortunately the apartment isn’t able to accommodate other pets. Kuma is shy and usually stays in my roommate's bedroom, but occasionally lounges around the living room. One of my roommates smokes in his bedroom so looking for a subletter who is 420-friendly. Everyone is clean but not obsessive, people tidy up after themselves and we have a weekly cleaning schedule.
