Beautiful 1 bedroom in Bed Stuy available between June 12 and June 28. (Minimum 6-night stay)

This sunny apartment is on the 3rd floor of a renovated, south-facing classic Brooklyn brownstone. It’s a 4 min. walk to the Bedford-Nostrand train station (G line), or a 15 min. walk to the Nostrand Ave. Station (A and C subway lines).

The space has central A/C, wifi, gas stove and dishwasher, and there is a washer/dryer in the building. The bed is a Queen-sized firm memory foam mattress (very comfortable).

This is a very quiet building with great neighbours, and I’m looking for someone responsible (individual or a couple) who will treat the space and objects in it with respect. Regrettably, pets are not allowed.

There is a great bakery and cafe at the end of the street, with a bunch of other cafes, bars, and restaurants nearby.
