Very sunny, large bedroom in spacious prewar 2.5 bedroom apartment on a quiet, residential street available April 1st (or a few days earlier) to June 30th. In addition to the bedroom, you’ll get a large personal office/studio/separate workspace. Two blocks from the 3 and 4 trains, with a number of buses and the A/C also in walking distance. Grocery store and laundry are block away, as well as a deli and a number of restaurants.

Room will be unfurnished, but certain furniture like the mattress/bedframe, desk and chairs, or air conditioner can stay for a small cost. The rest of the apartment is furnished. Apartment also has a sizable terrace, brand new appliances in the kitchen, recently renovated bathroom, and lots and lots of natural light. Rent is $1450 and utilities are an additional $80-100 per month.

I'm looking for someone who will stay until our existing lease ends in June. After this lease, my roommate will also be moving, so there could be potential for you to renew the lease, but that will be between you and the landlords.
