The apartment is a 7-minute walk to the N/W at 36th Avenue and walkable to the 7 train at Queensboro Plaza.
The room overlooks Crescent Street and comes furnished with a single bed, table, and closet. Our kitchen has a full-size fridge, oven, and stove and we share most kitchen utensils (pots, pans, plates, etc.). Laundromat, grocery, and deli are within a 5-minute walk. Our landlord is super helpful and responsive.
The neighborhood is chill, residential, and lively. We are a 5-minute walk to Broadway, with restaurants, cafes, and bars. The Museum of the Moving Image and Little Flower Cafe are also nearby.
We are looking for an easy-going, kind, communicative, and clean female roommate who is opening to pitching in with cleaning. The vibe of our apartment is relaxing and respectful.
