We are subletting our spacious and sun filled apartment in Neukölln, Berlin this summer.
Our apartment includes, two balconies, three private rooms, two bathrooms and full kitchen. It is a fourth floor walk up, sunny, full of green plants, and with open views. There is also a common courtyard space with chairs and table.
The apartment is quiet and on the popular street Weserstr. which is full of cafes, shops, bars, and restaurants. It is a two blocks from the canal and park an a 5 minute walk from buses and trains.
The main bedroom has a queen bed, couch and tv. There are two more rooms with balconies which we use as living rooms and work spaces. One room has a midcentury couch which turns into a comfortable single bed and another has a futon couch turning into a queen. The entire apartment could comfortably sleep 3-5 and is also perfect for 1-2 with space to work or relax.
Shorter stays are possible with 5 night minimum.
My husband and I are both artists living in Berlin. He is a school teacher and I work in art and technology. As mentioned we use two of the rooms for workspaces as well as living rooms and you are welcome to do the same. My husband is German and I moved from New York City to Berlin 11 years ago.
Our dates are flexible and we accept shorter stays with a minimum of 5 nights. We would offer discounts on stays for longer than one week.
We will ask for a deposit and documents to book.
Cancellation 30 days prior would have full refund. 7-14 days prior, partial refund.
