Hi!! I’ll be visiting family for the end of the year and will be subletting my room for when I’m gone!

Let’s start off with what we all wanna see

Amenitees:
Dishwasher, WiFi, and utilities all included. Washer and dryer in building. Very close to the J train (5 minute walk to gates ave) and about at 15 min walk to the L (Myrtle Wyckoff).
Gym on roof and rooftop access, very sunny large windows in room.

We are also queer and POC friendly! :) it’s a house full of poc queer women.
I live with 2 really cool folks, there some of my closes friends.
We have a very friendly hypo-allergenic dog as well that will be there! (But not in the room ofc). She’s very well trained!

For your room I would clear out my closet for you to use but would have to keep some of my stuff in storage under the bed! I would clear most things out so you can feel cozy though! :)

I am a 22 year old artist living and working out of Brooklyn! I spend most my time creating in my studio or spending time in nature with my family.

For who you’ll be living with, my roommates are very calm and friendly and clean. They are artists and POC women. We’re not OCD but we keep things tidy and dishes washed :). We are also a no shoes indoor house hold bc (New York is gross)!

We love animals and communicate openly and calmly. We have all accounts you’d need, from Hulu, to Netflix with a nice projector. (Just please make a new account so we don’t get our profiles skewed) lol!
