Looking for a kind, responsible person to take care of my beautiful, peaceful Williamsburg home (and plants) :) Great for a solo traveler or a couple, with an office for anyone who works from home. It's my favorite place I've lived in in NYC and hope you'll get to enjoy it too!

I'll be away for ~3-6 months from November 15. Priority to those looking for 3+ months. Full space is being rented, but potentially open to a split with my sister (see below).

ABOUT THE SPACE
Sunny duplex with floor-to-ceiling windows in every room. Living room is south-facing and gets great sun all day, with an adorable balcony off it that overlooks a beautiful green garden.

The main floor has the living/dining room, kitchen, bathroom, and primary bedroom with a walk-in closet; upstairs is the office with a large private rooftop that's great for yoga or dining.

Great Wi-Fi, no-shoe home, fully stocked kitchen, dishwasher, laundry in building, smart TV, Nest thermostat, kosher-style kitchen. Three-flight walkup. No smoking, no pets.

ABOUT THE BUILDING/NEIGHBORHOOD
Incredibly quiet building and street, with all the best restaurants and cafes of Williamsburg nearby (will send you my favorites)!

6 min. walk to Bedford L or 10 min. to J/M/G/Z. Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, and five other grocery stores within a 5-10 min. walk. Domino Park 5 min. away!

$1250/week (min 3 weeks) -- happy to discount for 3+ months
$275/night for shorter stays
Can arrange bi-weekly cleaning with Antonia, my cleaner (extra)

PRICE WITH SPLIT
My sister stays with me in the office upstairs when she's in town. If you're interested in taking the spot for 3+ months with her as a part-time roommate, you'd just pay my portion of rent :) We keep a kosher-style kitchen and have a culturally Jewish home environment, so someone comfortable with that setup would be the best fit.
