Hi! I'll be subletting my sunny, clean, warm 1 bed apartment from December 24th - January 24th (this can be slightly flexible if needed)

- Laundry in basement (quarter operated)
- Balcony

The apartment is near Pratt Institute and close to cafes, restaurants and useful stores.

The subway is a 10 minute walk to G or 15 min walk to the A/C both at Clinton Washington. Busses on Myrtle Av 2 mins walk away and will take you to Downtown Brooklyn in 10 mins though it is also walkable in addition to all the big landmarks like Barclays Centre, Brooklyn Museum etc.

Seeking someone/couple who will respect the space, be clean and tidy and leave it as you found it :)
