A short-term sublet agreement, security deposit, and cleaning fee are required to reserve the spot.
The security deposit will be fully refunded after checkout, provided everything is in the same condition as when you arrived. The cleaning fee will also be refunded if the apartment is returned as clean and tidy as it was found.
The apartment is my personal home — I’m looking for respectful, trustworthy guests who will take care of the space and belongings as if they were their own.
