I'm looking to sublet my place while I travel for work between August 8 thru Sept 3 with some flexibility for start/end.

The weekly rate includes summer electricity usage and initial cleaning. Tenant will be responsible for cleaning at end of sublet.

Storage room on the main level of apartment will be locked for personal storage during sublet
Top floor apartment with large private furnished terrace with Empire State views

WiFi and utilities included. Cleaning available for additional.
