Hi all! This apartment is my baby, but I'm going to Paris for a couple of months and looking for a clean person or couple to stay. It's newly renovated, and super clean and cozy. Elevator in building and laundry in basement. It's tiny (about 325 sq ft) but super central (5 minute walk from Astor Place, 10 minute walk from Washington Square Park). No pets please!

Please note that I'm charging less as there isn't any closet or drawer space.
