I’m subletting my beloved, light-filled one-bedroom in Southside Williamsburg while I’m out of town. The apartment has very high ceilings, beautiful arched details, and large sunny windows that flood both the living room and king-bed bedroom with natural light. There’s a separate dining area, a full kitchen, and closet/cabinent storage, making the space feel truly spacious and livable.

The apartment comes fully furnished: furniture, kitchenware, linens, tv and all utilities are included. One living-room couch converts into a queen-size bed, perfect for guests.

The building is older and full of charm (3rd floor walk-up, no elevator). Laundromat directly across the street, and a responsive super nearby. I’m also happy to be available if any issues come up while I’m away.

This is a quiet, sunny, and generously sized apartment, ideal for a single person or a couple. I’m a Broadway actor and would especially love to rent to another artist or someone in the creative community. I’m mostly just looking for someone respectful, clean, and thoughtful to enjoy the space while I’m gone.
Dates are flexible and may be extended.

I’m an actress in NYC- I’ve been in a handful of musical theater productions and love living in New York. Born in San Diego and returning to CA to finish school at Stanford. I built this apartment into a home over the last 6 years and plan to come home to it after school! I prefer to keep tidy but understand life happens. Neighborhood and neighbors are all lovely/ plenty of local coffee spots and restaurants to try. It’s a really sweet residential area. I’d prefer to have some contact with residents just to make sure everything is going well and the apartment is well maintained in my absence. I hope it can feel homey for someone else!
