Beautifully sunny and furnished one-bedroom in Chelsea for sublet while I’m traveling for 5 months. Starting November 15 through April 30.

I am looking for a clean, responsible, and respectful tenant who will enjoy this home as much as I do. I love this apartment - the days are full of light, the evenings are cozy, and the neighbors are all so kind.

📍Location:
This apartment is located just 2 blocks from A/C/E trains and 4 blocks from 1/2 trains. It's located in the heart of Chelsea's quaint streets, with the added convenience of Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, and Target. Chelsea Piers and West Side Highway are just a 15-minute walk.

📦 Packages and Maintenance:
The apartment is on the 3rd floor (no elevator), and while the exact entrance has no doorman, the building right next door is part of the same management company. They will collect all your packages for you, and you can easily submit maintenance requests through them.

🛋️ Furnishings:
The apartment comes fully furnished with everything you need in the living room, kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. Smart TV, couch, small kitchen table and chairs, lots of appliances (incl. Nespresso machine), queen-sized bed, dresser, vacuum. I will leave 2 closets and a large dresser empty for you. In the bathroom, you will have a full cabinet for your things and a big tub shower if you like a good bath.

🧺 Laundry:
A wash-and-fold laundry is on the block right across the street, and other laundry options are nearby.

🌿 Plants:
I have lots of plants that you will need to take care of.

🔌 Utilities:
In the winter, the radiators make the apartment nice and cozy warm. Heat and water is covered by the building. On warmer days, the A/C in the window cools down the apartment quickly. I ask that you please keep it in the window throughout the winter. Electricity and wifi is under my name and not covered by rent cost or the landlord. Bills may vary depending on season - but in winter, electricity is low. And wifi is a flat rate. You will be paying those bills alongside rent on the 1st of every month. I will send receipts for electricity and wifi so you can see the amounts.
