On a quiet street in a sleepy walkable village we've hosted many writers, creators and work-from-home folks for short and long-term stays.

The apartment is $1800/mo + $200 for utilities (wifi, electric, heat, AC, water, etc) and is fully furnished.

There is an off-street parking space and a shared yard.

Coxsackie rocks and has a great community. Conveniently located near to the Catskills, Kingston, Hudson and Albany, as well as many local farm stores, restaurants, breweries and bars.

About This Lister

We moved to Coxsackie 6 years ago and fell in love the with the town. Uniquely located right on the Hudson River. We enjoy being able to walk down town, BBQ in the riverfront park and visiting some of the best local shops in the area.

Having needed a quiet space to work from home, our apartment is a welcome retreat while still offering a good mix of community and events.
