I’m looking for one occupant (no couples) who has a full-time job, internship, or school schedule and maintains an active life outside the apartment. This space works best for someone who enjoys a calm home base and keeps evenings fairly low-key.

The Room:
Queen-sized bed, small nightstand, bookshelf, desk, and a spacious closet.

The Apartment:
Fully equipped kitchen for cooking, though it’s not ideal for elaborate or time-intensive meal prep on a nightly basis.
Cold-water laundry machine in-unit.

I work outside the home during regular weekday hours and value a balanced dynamic where we both have our own routines and independence.

There are two friendly cats, Figaro and Zuzu, so being comfortable with cats is a must.

Location:
Excellent Fort Greene location — Q, B, R, A, C, and G trains within 10–15 minutes.
Grocery stores and restaurants nearby.
Citi Bike station directly across the street.
