I am an artist/art director/professor who is gay and goes by he/him pronouns. Happy to share my links with you if it is helpful. I currently live on site but will be out of town for a work project during this time so looking to have someone watch my place while I am out. My partner lives in the area and can be a person of contact if you need help with anything.

I will ask for you to send a deposit to book the space that is half of the total so $1850. I can accept- zelle, venmo or paypal. Then the other half on second day of stay. Pretty flexible and straight forward. I will ask for a reference and a personal website (or LinkedIn) just to confirm you are who you say you are. Happy to take payment all up front too.
Mainly just looking for someone to watch my place while I am out on a work trip.
Other than that happy to hop on a zoom to answer questions or show the place if you are in the area before. Will have you water plants and get mail.
