This is a four flight walkup. Very quiet building. Beautiful historic block. Unobstructed skyline views of Manhattan & the Bronx.

About This Lister

We are a museum archivist (she/they) and special educator (he/him) who also moonlight as musicians. We enjoy experimental music, independent film screenings, techno/house dance parties, poetry readings, and generally staying out too late in bars. At home we like sleeping in with our cats, reading, listening to records, un-ironically watching the X-files, cooking, and drinking natural wine.

We will be traveling for the summer and would like to find someone who is responsible and quiet to look after our plants while we're away.
