About us: two 26 and 29 year olds (women, friends) who have lived in the apartment for a few years. Into checking out new neighborhoods, art, food.
We both work in office 3 days of the week so looking for someone around the same schedule. Looking for another clean and kind roommate to join January 1 until June 1 but open to renew.

Requirements are rent, proof of income and sublease agreements. Not fussy but want to be responsible.
Will be setting up viewings in December and want to get something finalized soon after that. Also flexible on move in dates. Viewings will most likely be either Mondays, Tuesdays, or weekends.
