Amazing location on Prince St between Mott and Elizabeth, strategically located between 4 major subway lines:
-4 minutes to the NQRW subway lines (yellow)
-4 minutes to the 4 & 6 subways lines (green)
-5 minutes to the BDFM lines (orange)
-6 minutes to the JZ lines (brown)

In the heart of Nolita, surrounded by coffee shops, restaurants and boutiques. SoHo starts 3 small blocks over. 3 different Equinox locations within a 10 minute walk (4 minutes to SoHo location).

Sunny south facing living room includes a desk with a new curved monitor for your use and ergonomic chair (have extra keyboard and mouse if you need them as well). Roku 55” TV with all the apps. Huge vanity/makeup station, will be leaving a fair a mount of hair tools if you need them :-)

Queen sized natural latex bed, medium firm with fluffy pillow top. Wall AC in bedroom/kitchen, radiators in living room and kitchen.

Fifth floor walk up (that’s 4 flights of stairs, 64 steps to be exact) is the biggest drawback. Top floor though so no one above you.

Dishwasher yes, and well stocked kitchen with utensils, pots and pans, most spices and oils.
Whole Foods is two large blocks away (5 minute walk), Trader Joe’s is 0.6 miles away (14 minute walk).
Lots of smaller markets in between, and Chinatown starts 4 blocks south.

No washer/dryer but can recommend a great place that does delivery to the doorstep (about $65 for two large loads) and a drop off place nearby (about $45 for two large loads) and will also leave laundry bags and detergent for you to use.
