🛏️ For each stay, the apartment is prepared with one set of bedding, including a comforter with cover and a fitted sheet, two bath towels, one hand towel, one kitchen towel, and a roll of paper towels. The bed includes two standard pillows, each with removable, washable covers.
✨ Guests are welcome to request reasonable additional items, and every effort will be made to accommodate when possible. To ensure availability, it’s kindly requested that any needs be communicated in advance. Last-minute requests after check-in can be provided at cost/charge back to the guest—no extra handling or service fees.

🔑 Your unique access code for the apartment's front door will be provided on the day of check-in. For your convenience, you can choose any four-digit code you prefer, making entry even easier. Simply enter it on the keypad for secure access.
Other things to note
📄 In accordance with NYC law, all stays require a signed lease agreement. Once booking request is received, a secure link via SignNow will be sent—an electronic signature service similar to DocuSign— please review and complete the lease online. This must be completed before the booking is confirmed.
📺 Netflix, Hulu, and other streaming apps are available on the TV—just log in with your own account to enjoy.
💓 This is a long-term rental, so basic household items (like toilet paper, garbage bags, and some cleaning supplies) are provided to get guests started. For anything beyond that, guests typically purchase what they need as they settle in—just as they would at home.

Unfortunately, pets are not permitted in the apartment.

Please respect the noise curfew between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m., as the building has noise-sensitive neighbors.
🏡 Respect the Space
Please treat the apartment and furnishings with care—any damage will need to be reimbursed.
Do not rearrange the furniture or plants —everything is set up for comfort and functionality.
