This cosy apartment, located on the top floor of a quiet 60-unit building, is seeking a new friend to fill an empty room and keep it company for 9-12 months from no later than August 1.

The main tenant will occupy their chosen room until mid-October and spend much of their time writing, sketching, and studying. Then it's all yours.

Think of this as a place in which to work, create, relax, and reflect.

Ideal for individuals who have their own furnishings or plan to start from scratch.
