Available is just under half of a 625 square foot studio in DUMBO, on the 8th floor of a building with other creatives and small businesses. The space is bright and quiet, and suitable for a freelancer or artist.

You will have your own dedicated space on the window side of the studio, which faces east / south-east.

Very convenient location, 1 stop from Manhattan on F, A, C, 2 or 3 trains; and 2 blocks from Brooklyn Bridge Park.

I am a multimedia artist and digital project manager, currently using the studio part time as a combo office / creative space.

I would like to share with someone who is professional and considerate of others, and does not use toxic materials. Otherwise I'm really flexible about how the space is used, and am happy to talk about what sort of sharing situation works for you.

This is a stable situation and I'm looking for someone who plans to stay for at least a year, and hopefully longer.

About This Lister

I use the space largely for computer and research time, but sometimes do projects using non-toxic art materials. The studio has quite a bit on the shelves but I leave it fairly neat, and you're welcome to use screens if you want additional privacy, as long as they are movable and don't block all the light.

I've been in the space for several years and have a good relationship with the landlord and the neighboring tenants.
